DUAS Module
The DUAS module created by the Foreign Trade Promotion Agency provides exporting companies with this software free of charge, after completing the application process. With it, exporters can send electronic customs declarations to the authority of jurisdiction to comply with this formality and achieve the dispatch of their products abroad by any of the existing exit points.
Likewise, customs agencies wishing to obtain the software may request it from the VUCE in this case not free of charge and complying with the requirements of the process.
LEGAL BASIS:
Article 37 of the General Customs Law establishes that the intervention of customs agents will be optional in the export regime, opening the possibility for exporters to directly carry out the electronic transmission of the Single Customs Declarations to the Ministry of Finance.
