Costa Rica foreign trade single window
The Costa Rica Foreign Trade Single Window (VUCE) from Costa was created in 1996 through article 8, subsection “C” of Law number 7638, Law of Creation of the Ministry of Foreign Trade (COMEX) and the Foreign Trade Agency of Costa Rica (PROCOMER). VUCE is one of the Foreign Trade Agency of Costa Rica's directorates and its main objective is to centralize, speed up and simplify foreign trade procedures.
