Contingency System of VUCE
This electronic tool aims to provide continuity in the process of permits for the import and/or export of goods, when an emergency situation arises that prevents the use of the VUCE CR platform. In this way, the public institutions that participate in the VUCE CR will be able to continue applying the controls established by current legislation to safeguard animal, environmental, human and plant welfare.
This system will be enabled only in special situations determined by the Foreign Trade Single Window in cooperation with PROCOMER's IT Department. When it´s required to enable this system, the user will be notified through the authorized communication channels of the Single Window.
System access request
To access the Contingency System you must enter through "Credentials" of the VUCE System. In case you do not have access, you must submit the application form for access to the VUCE System following the corresponding instructions. Below is the option for downloading such form.
