Ministry of Health Records Catalog
This module allows the inclusion of products that are already registered with the Ministry of Health for their subsequent use in the preparation of electronic import and export permits, as well as for being used in the "Certificate of Free Sale" in Costa Rica (CLV). The use of this module includes the products of procedure "Simplification in the process for the import of non-hazardous chemical products".

To have access to this module you must submit the application form following the corresponding instructions.
Likewise, customs agencies wishing to obtain the software may request it from the VUCE to include the records of their exporting and importing clients.

NON-HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS REQUEST
The Ministry of Health and the Costa Rica Single Window established the procedure "Simplification in the process for the import of non-hazardous chemical products", which aims to reduce the approval times of these applications for the importation of this type of merchandise. This procedure is endorsed by the College of Chemists of Costa Rica and the College of Chemical Engineers and Related Professionals of Costa Rica.
